The AgeTech Collaborative is AARP’s flagship innovation program, designed to accelerate the most promising companies improving the lives of older adults. Each year, a carefully selected group of startups is invited to join the program, gaining access to mentorship, industry expertise, and AARP’s extensive ecosystem of partners. Graduation signals that a company has not only completed the program, but has demonstrated readiness to scale and deliver lasting impact.
