The entire sign-up process can be completed as quickly as you can provide the required information. We expect this will take 1-3 business days on average. However, it does take about 2 weeks to obtain bank clearance and additional two weeks to create an approved co-branded card. From sign up to implementation takes about 6 weeks.
No. There is no minimum number of participants to enroll and there is no minimum amount or threshold of dollars that must be spent per month.
SpendCare agreements will be implemented on an annual basis (to ensure fixed costs for you) with no cancellation fees with a 30-day notice of cancellation.
