    Yes, there is a one-time implementation fee.
  • What do I need to sign-up with SpendCare?
    You will need to provide some basic information about your agency, key personnel, and active clients. This requirement is a safeguard to prevent financial fraud and is one of the reasons why SpendCare a safe and secure partner. This information includes, but is not limited to: Business Type (LLC, Sole proprietorship, Partnership, etc.) Date and State of Incorporation NAICS Code EIN Business Contact Information Business Administrator Contact Information Client Contact Information
  • How long will it take my agency to sign-up with SpendCare?
    The entire sign-up process can be completed as quickly as you can provide the required information. We expect this will take 1-3 business days on average.
  • Is there a minimum number of clients needed to start using SpendCare?
    No, but we do recommend starting with at least five clients to realize the most value from implementing SpendCare.
  • What contract terms does SpendCare require?
    SpendCare can be implemented on an annual with no cancellation fees and a ninety day notice period.
  • Will using SpendCare increase costs for my clients?
    No, SpendCare will never charge fees to your clients. However, you may wish to upsell SpendCare to your clients as a new financial protection service provided by your agency.
  • What guarantees do I have that this will work as advertised?
    SpendCare will provide a service-level agreement prior to contract signing.
  • What ongoing support does SpendCare offer?
    You may email us anytime at support@spend.care. Our customer support team will respond to email, chat, and phone calls Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm Central time.
